Intuvia 100 does not switch on. /Intuvia 100 switches off. What can I do?

  1. Turn on your eBike system.
  2. Make sure that Intuvia 100 is fitted on the mount
  3. Move your eBike slightly or tap the screen of the display.
  4. Press the Bluetooth® button on the back of the display for one second to wake up the Intuvia 100 from storage mode.
  5. Replace the button cell (CR2450) of the Intuvia 100.
  6. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your  specialist dealer.

Please note: If you are using the Intuvia 100 for the first time, your Intuvia 100 may not yet be connected to your System Controller or LED Remote. You can find instructions on how to connect Intuvia 100 here .
