What is the digital service book?
The digital service book gives you an overview of the service history of your eBike, similar to a service history book for a car. It provides an overview of modifications, updates and service operations that your bicycle retailer has performed on your eBike. In the process, new types of service entries are continuously being added.
These service entries are linked to your eBike and remain in place in the event of a change of ownership. You can request the deletion of individual entries or all entries at any time from your dealer or within the eBike Flow app under ** Settings > Profile > Manage privacy rights **.
Only you as eBike owner, and your dealer (with your consent), have access to your digital service book. You can find the digital service book in your eBike Flow app under Settings > My eBike > Digital service book. You can also ask your dealer to send you the service entries of your eBike by e-mail or to print them out. In future, details of service entries will also be viewable directly in the eBike Flow app.
