Bosch eBike Systems announces new Service Partnership in Australia

Bosch eBike Systems has announced a new service partnership in Australia with BikeSportz Imports as the company reinforces its commitment to the local market. The partnership will commence on 1 October 2019, providing local dealers with the breadth of support required to provide a seamless servicing experience for end-users.

BikeSportz Imports will support Bosch eBike Systems through spare parts delivery, warranty handling and a support hotline. Local eBike retailers can expect a more efficient servicing experience from the supply of spare parts, to on-the-spot technical support to ensure end-consumers are never without their bike for too long.
