My Purion is fogged up. What can I do?

This problem mainly occurs during the transitional period (spring/autumn) when damp, cold air enters the unit and heats up there.
The plastic of the housing can absorb up to 10% of humidity from the air. Temperature fluctuations, for example from cool morning hours to intense sunlight, can cause the display to fog up from the inside.
To remedy this, you should store your eBike in a warm room (near a radiator is recommended) and allow it dry out there if possible. This can take several days.

To prevent the display from fogging up in the future, observe the following instructions:

• Store the eBike in a warm place.
• Do not leave the eBike in heavy rain.
• Use a rain cover if necessary.
