I lost my Kiox 300/Kiox 500 display. I used it to unlock my eBike. What can I do?

With the help of the eBike Flow app, you can continue to use your eBike normally.

At the same time, you can invalidate the lost Kiox 300/Kiox 500 so that it can no longer unlock your eBike:

• First connect the eBike Flow app to your eBike as usual. Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the Internet.
• Under  Settings > My eBike > eBike Lock & Alarm > Keychain you will find Reset key. Tap on it to invalidate all keys.
• You will then be prompted to select a new key, for example your smartphone.
