Why can't I see the Elevation, Max. Elevation and Incline values on my Kiox 300/Kiox 500?
In order for the Elevation, Max. Elevation and Incline values to be displayed on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 while riding, you need an active connection between your eBike and the eBike Flow app. You will know you have an active connection when a white smartphone icon with a green tick is visible on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 status screen.
iOS: Please also ensure that:
- The eBike Flow app is open in the background during activities.
- The authorisation for location detection is set to "Always".
Android: Please also ensure that:
- The eBike Flow app is open in the background during activities.
- Battery optimisation is disabled for the eBike Flow app.
- The authorisation for location detection is set to "Always allow".
