Is the ABS active / working with the eBike System turned off / when the eBike battery is empty / while riding in the "Off" mode?

The ABS is active with the eBike system turned on, also in the off-mode.
While in the light reserve mode, when the motor support is already shut off, the ABS is still active.
When the eBike battery is completely empty, the eBike system and also the ABS are shutting down.
