I'm unable to unlock my eBike or switch off the eBike alarm. What can I do?

Otherwise, there are four things you can try right away:

  1. Check that Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone.
  2. Restart the eBike Flow app and try again by switching your eBike off and on again.
  3. Restart your smartphone and try again.
  4. Remove the battery from your eBike, reinsert it and try again.

If your smartphone is connected to your eBike but the eBike is still locked, you can temporarily deactivate eBike Lock (& Alarm) in the settings:  Settings > eBike settings > eBike Lock (& Alarm).

If the problem persists, please contact your  specialist dealer.
