Your battery temperature is too low.
This may mean that your drive unit provides you with no support and your eBike switches off by itself.
Solution steps
Get your battery going again by letting it warm up for at least two hours in a warmer environment. Then restart your eBike. If the problem persists, please contact your specialist dealer.
