Speed sensor is not working correctly.
A reduced drive unit power may therefore be available to you. The speed is likewise incorrectly displayed.
Solution steps
Check the rim magnet and spoke magnet, if present. Then restart your eBike. If the problem persists, please contact your specialist dealer.
