Can I use multiple phones at the same time when Lock is activated?

Only the last connected smartphone can unlock your eBike.

But of course you can change smartphones: To do so, log in to the eBike Flow app of the new smartphone with your Single Key ID. Then connect it to your eBike.

Tip: If you want to connect the original smartphone, you have to set up the connection again: To do this, remove the eBike from the eBike Flow app and reconnect it.
