How can I optimise battery consumption when using the Flow app on Android?

If you find your Android smartphone's battery draining faster with the eBike Flow app, it could be that your smartphone is searching and connecting to your eBike frequently in the background.
With the eBike Flow app version 1.13, it is possible now to optimise the smartphone battery consumption if the yellow banner Optimise your smartphone battery consumption is displayed in your app.
To do this, please follow the instruction below:

• On the home screen, go to the yellow banner Optimise your smartphone battery consumption and tap Continue.
• Allow the eBike Flow app to access your eBike on the upcoming system dialog to create a companionship between your eBike and the app.
  With this setting, Android wakes up the app when your eBike is turned on and around. In the meantime, the app can sleep and save the battery.
  The yellow banner will remain on the home screen until you have optimised your energy consumption.
