What do I have to bear in mind when I change my smartphone?

  1. Install the eBike Flow app on your new smartphone and log in with your existing account.
  2. Connect your eBike with the eBike Flow app.

In the event of connection problems:
If you have used a migration support for the data transfer to your new smartphone and/or have problems connecting to your eBike, please proceed as follows on your new smartphone.

  1. Deinstall the eBike Flow app.
  2. Remove the smart system eBike from the list of Bluetooth components in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.
  3. Install the eBike Flow app and log in with your existing account.
  4. Connect your eBike with the eBike Flow app.

Please note: Your old smartphone can unlock your eBike and disable the eBike alarm as long as you are logged in with your account on your old smartphone. We therefore recommend that you remove the eBike from your old phone.
