Why is my Intuvia 100 not found when pairing?
- Make sure the button cell is not empty.
- Make sure your eBike, Intuvia 100 and smartphone are nearby and switched on.
- Make sure your eBike is connected to the eBike Flow app.
- Make sure your Intuvia 100 is in pairing mode.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the back until "Pairing mode" is visible, then release the button. Complete the pairing process in the app within 30 seconds.
