My eBike Connect app no longer automatically connects to my eBike - what can I do?
We recommend that you pair the app and eBike again.
Follow these steps to do so:
- Remove your Kiox or Nyon on-board computer from the Bluetooth settings.
- Deinstall the eBike Connect app from your smartphone
- Restart your smartphone.
- Reset your Kiox or Nyon on-board computer to the factory settings.
- Reinstall the eBike Connect app.
- Reconnect the eBike Connect app to your eBike.
