Park your eBike and enjoy a bit of carefree downtime – the Lock premium function is the ideal complement to a mechanical lock. Lock disables motor support when the computer is unplugged. The eBike automatically unlocks when the same computer is plugged back in. The display and acoustic signals indicate whether the function is active. Lock is already available for the Kiox computer and will also be available for the new Nyon computer as of model year 2021. There is a one-time set-up fee through the eBike Connect app. 

Acoustic feedback

Audible confirmation: Audible feedback tells you whether Lock has been activated or disabled. The acoustic signals can be switched on and off in the app.

The right computer

Clever connection: Lock is already available for the connected Kiox computer and will also be available for the new Nyon as of model year 2021. The eBike can only be unlocked using the computer with which the Lock feature was set up via the app.

Acts as a deterrent: When Lock is activated, it is no longer possible to ride with motor support. This makes the eBike unattractive to thieves, as they won't be able to enjoy the eBike for themselves nor will they be able to sell it to someone else.

The 'Lock' premium function can be configured using Kiox and the eBike Connect smartphone app. 'Lock' is activated when the computer is disconnected, ideally supplementing your eBike's mechanical lock, giving you security and peace of mind whenever you take a break.
