How do I know if there is a software update available for my smart system eBike?
To check if an eBike software update is available, make sure that you have the latest app version installed on your smartphone.(If not, update the Flow app via the Google Play Store or App Store.)In addition, you need a working internet connection and the eBike needs to be connected via Bluetooth.
To manually check if there is an update available for your smart system eBike, start the Flow app and connect it with your eBike.Then go to Settings > My eBike > Check for eBike update.
If there is a new software update available, the download will start immediately.For further instructions, check the Software Update card on the :flow-Home-Bike:home screen in the Flow app.
The app also checks in the background to see if there is a new software update available.If there is a newer version we will notify you in the home screen of your Flow app and you can start the update directly from there.
