Why doesn't the eBike Flow app connect to my eBike when I use it for the first time?

Always check if your internet, Bluetooth, and location services on your phone are enabled. Also check if you successfully enabled the pairing mode on your eBike control. Important note: The eBike Flow app can only be used with the latest smart eBike generation from Bosch. Check whether your eBike is already compatible here.
