Why can't I see an eBike issue in the eBike Flow app even when the LED in the remote control is blinking?

eBike issues that occurred after starting the eBike and before connecting the eBike Flow app will not be shown in the eBike Flow app. In that case, please restart your eBike and connect the eBike Flow app to the eBike immediately, in order to see the issues.
