Why can I not connect my Smartphone with my COBI.Bike?

Please first try the following options  here.

If the connection is still not working follow these steps:

  1. Close and uninstall the app
  2. Remove the hub from the Bluetooth list of the smartphone
  3. Reinstall the app and log in
  4. Connect the hub by pressing the button on the COBI.Bike Hub for 15 seconds
  5. If necessary, wait for the firmware update and follow the instructions on the app
