Why can I not connect my Smartphone with my COBI.Bike?
Please first try the following options here.
If the connection is still not working follow these steps:
- Close and uninstall the app
- Remove the hub from the Bluetooth list of the smartphone
- Reinstall the app and log in
- Connect the hub by pressing the button on the COBI.Bike Hub for 15 seconds
- If necessary, wait for the firmware update and follow the instructions on the app
