What do I need to pay attention to when updating the eBike Connect app?

Before you update the eBike Connect app, you should be aware of the following:

  • Make sure there is no active Bluetooth connection to Kiox or Nyon
  • Close the app fully before updating

After the update, you can reconnect your on-board computer to the eBike Connect app.

If the eBike Connect app unexpectedly fails to work after the update, it usually helps to uninstall and reinstall the app.
