My eBike rides are not displayed in the online portal or in the app. What could the problem be?

  • In order for your eBike ride to be visible later, you must enable geolocation data before setting off. Go to More >  Settings > Data Protection Settings to make changes to the geolocation data.

  • Parts of the ride may also be missing due to a bad GPS signal.

  • There may be delays in processing rides, so please check back later to see if rides are shown.

The most recent synchronization will then be displayed in the activity list in the eBike Connect app and under My eBike.
