My eBike Connect app no longer automatically connects to my eBike – what can I do?

We recommend that you carry out pairing again.
Carry out the following steps to do so:

  1. Remove your Kiox or Nyon computer from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Uninstall the eBike Connect app from your smartphone
  3. Restart your smartphone.
  4. Reset your Kiox or Nyon computer to the factory settings.
  5. Reinstall the eBike Connect app.
  6. Reconnect the eBike Connect app to your eBike.
