What is a MAC address and where can I find it on my device?

A MAC address (Media Access Control address) allows your unique device to be identified. It consists of 12 characters from A-F and 0-9.

Find MAC address on Intuvia 100:

Mount the Intuvia 100 on the eBike.
Press and hold until the Bluetooth button on the rear until "Pairing Mode" is visible and then release the button. The MAC address is then shown.
