Why are the altitude, max altitude and climb values sometimes inaccurate on my Kiox 300/Kiox 500?

Kiox 300/Kiox 500 retrieves elevation data from the connected smartphone. Various factors, such as the sensor in your smartphone or external factors such as weather conditions, affect the accuracy of the data. If a barometric altimeter is integrated in your smartphone, the readings are usually more reliable and accurate than with smartphones without a barometric altimeter which use GPS as the altitude source.
