Why am I not seeing the altitude, maximum altitude, and ascent on my Kiox 300/Kiox 500?
In order for the altitude, maximum altitude, and ascent to be displayed on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 during the ride, an active connection between your eBike and the eBike Flow app is required. You can recognize an active connection by the fact that a white smartphone icon with a green check mark is displayed on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 status screen.
iOS: Please also make sure that:
- The eBike Flow app is open in the background during activities.
- The authorization for location detection is set to "Always".
Android: Please also make sure that:
- The eBike Flow app is open in the background during activities.
- Battery optimization is deactivated for the eBike Flow app.
- The authorization for location detection is set to "Always allow".
