I can't unlock my eBike. What can I do?

There are three things you can try right away:

  1. Restart Flow app and try again and turn your eBike off and on again.
  2. Restart your phone and try again.
  3. Remove the battery pack of your eBike, reinstall it and try again.

If your phone is connected to your eBike but the eBike is still locked, you can temporarily disable eBike Lock in the settings: "Settings" > "eBike Settings" > "eBike Lock"

If the problem persists, please contact your eBike Dealer.
