I can't connect to the eBike anymore. The eBike Flow app is telling me to "forget" the device first. How can I solve this issue?
You need to unpair your eBike from your smartphone and then pair them again.
To do this, do the following:
- On iOS: go to your phone "Settings" > "Bluetooth", find the device "smart system bike", tap on the (info) icon and then tap on "Forget this device"
- On Android: go to your phone "Settings" > "Connected Devices" find the device "LED remote" tap on the cogwheel icon, tap on "Forget"
Then you may pair your smartphone again.
