Why is a digital service book for my eBike only created and maintained by my bicycle retailer at my request?

We process personal data that is collected and processed in connection with the use of our services confidentially and only in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The collection and entry of information in the digital service book will only take place upon the conclusion of a service contract between you and Bosch eBike Systems. The service is free of charge for you, but only provided at your request.
