Resetting a trip

You can set the time period for resetting the trip mileage on your Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 under Settings > My eBike > Auto trip reset.

By default, your mileage is reset to 0 every day.
For automatic trip reset (distance) you can choose between the following values:
after 2 hours
after 4 hours
the next day
after 7 days

How can I manually reset my mileage to 0 on the Kiox 300 or Kiox 500?
Press the selection button on your control unit for at least 1 second.
Select Trip > Reset and confirm with the selection button.
All data on the distance traveled up to that point is set to zero.
You can also manually reset your mileage (distance) in the eBike Flow app. For this purpose, end the current activity in your eBike Flow app with > Finish.

You can find the settings for the automatic trip reset in the eBike Flow app under  Settings > My eBike > Auto trip reset. Select the desired time period.
