I am having trouble synchronizing my eBike rides between Nyon and eBike Connect. What can I do?

  1. Take your Nyon off your eBike when you finish your ride.
  2. However, please leave it switched on and still connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, or make sure that Nyon is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
  3. Wait until Nyon switches off automatically. After just a few minutes, you can see and track your activity in your user profile in the online portal or in the eBike Connect smartphone app.

Important: If your eBike ride is not yet visible in the app or in the online portal, please repeat steps 2 and 3.
