I can't unlock my eBike and I can't turn off eBike Alarm. What can I do?

Did you loose your Kiox display which you also use as a key? Then tap here.

Otherwise, here are four things you can try straight away:

  1. Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  2. Restart the eBike Flow app and try once more by switching your eBike off and on again.
  3. Restart your smartphone and try again.
  4. Remove the battery of your eBike, reinsert it and try again.

If your smartphone is connected to your eBike but the eBike is still locked, you can temporarily disable eBike Lock (& Alarm) like this:  Settings > eBike Settings > eBike Lock (& Alarm)

If the problem persists, please contact your  dealer.
