How can I be sure eBike Alarm is activated and my eBike is protected?

You can check whether eBike Alarm is activated within the eBike Lock & Alarm settings.

 Settings > eBike settings > Lock & Alarm

When your eBike is locked and eBike Alarm is active, you can check your eBike's protection status right on the home screen of the eBike Flow app.

If eBike Alarm is active, it will read "Protected" followed by the approximate parking spot where you left your eBike behind. It can take up to 1 minute after your eBike was turned off before the status "Protected" is displayed.
