Why can't I change my custom riding mode?

You have four riding modes on your eBike. You can adapt these according to your needs in the eBike Flow app. Learn more in this video.

If you can't adjust the riding modes, check if there is an active connection between the Flow app and your eBike.

If you want to change the riding modes available on your eBike, e.g., replace Sport with eMTB, you can put together your four favorite riding modes yourself in the eBike Flow app. You can find the function in your eBike Flow app at Settings > My eBike > Custom riding modes (app update 1.18 required). Alternatively, you can also contact your bicycle retailer. Please note that limitations apply to this. For example, cargo eBikes cannot have an eMTB mode.
