Why can't I change my custom riding mode?

You have four pre-installed riding modes on your eBike. You can adjust these according to your needs in the eBike Flow app. Find out more about this in this  Video .

If you can't adjust the pre-installed riding modes, check if there is an active connection between the Flow app and your eBike.

If you want to change the riding modes available on your eBike, such as replacing Sport with eMTB, contact your bike dealer. Note that there are limitations here, for example, cargo bikes cannot have an eMTB mode.

For S-pedelecs, adjusting riding modes is disabled for legal reasons.
