How can I change my email address or password?

To change your email address or password, in the  Settings of the eBike Flow app, tap  Profile > Manage SingleKey ID > SingleKey ID.

Log in to the SingleKey ID Portal with the same login details that you use for the eBike Flow app. After you enter your email address or phone number and password, you can change your email address and password.
