Culinary shopping trip by eCargo eBike
Food blogger Cooking Catrin swaps the car for an eCargo bike for her shopping tour through Klagenfurt's city centre.
Parking difficulties and red lights are no longer a problem, and there's no issue finding room for her bulk shopping in the Packster by Riese & Müller.
An eBike becomes a gourmet basket. Sometimes the shopping is too large to be stored on a city eBike. Food blogger Cooking Catrin, herself an enthusiastic eBiker, has already experienced this.
But this time, instead of dashing into town by car and getting stressed out, she set off for Klagenfurt's city centre on a Packster eCargo eBike.

The Packster combines riding enjoyment,
comfort and practicality.
Cooking Catrin starts her shopping trip at Klagenfurt's Benediktinermarkt, which she reaches in no time: "All thanks to the eBike's drive unit: I am not only fast, but comfortable on the move. The Performance Line CX drive can be easily controlled and also gets up to speed with ease.“

At the market Catrin finds the fresh ingredients she needs for her new recipe tips. The greatest advantage of eBiking then becomes apparent on the steep climb up Klagenfurt's 'Kreuzbergl' city hill, which can be mastered without any effort. Here, she collects a few more decorative pieces before heading home, the eBike loaded to the brim, to conjure up a delicious winter pasta from the fresh ingredients.

A practical
alternative to the car
"Without having to search for a parking space, you save time and, above all, your nerves. The cargo eBike is a practical alternative to the car on two slightly different wheels and with a motor, which is now officially an option after my outing," Catrin sums up.
Who knows, maybe in the not too distant future you'll see her jetting through the city with the 'Cucina Catarina' fully loaded with seasonal pasta and fine cakes. Until then, we still have to cook for ourselves – for example, winter pasta with spinach & Romanseco using the recipe by Cooking Catrin.
