How can I report problems with the eBike Flow app and get help?

You can report a problem in the eBike Flow app settings:
Open the eBike Flow app,
go to your app Settings (the gear icon on the lower right side of the screen—implement icon as svg symbol),
scroll down to support and tap "Feedback".
By tapping "Report error," it opens up a support email ->
describe the issue you have in the email and send it to our Bosch support team.
Once we receive your email, our Bosch support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
