Bosch eBike Systems is excited to announce its increasing market presence in New Zealand as the brand looks to solidify Bosch as the leading provider of eBike systems in the country.
This year the Bosch team has grown their brand-partner portfolio to nearly 20, with the Bosch eBike System now powering the leading bike brands in New Zealand. Available in around 200 retailers, this increased presence gives New Zealand riders more access to the world leading technology across a comprehensive range of bike types and styles.
Recognising the strong mountain and trekking bike market in New Zealand and the growing trend in the eBike sector, Bosch has also increased its service offering to ensure that New Zealand retailers are armed with the skills and experience to provide world-class eBike servicing.
For the first time ever, Bosch will activate at the Crankworx World Tour in Rotorua from 21 to 25 March as the brand looks to show off their innovative system to mountain biking enthusiasts from around the world. During the event, Bosch will offer all attendees the opportunity to experience the power of an eBike and the natural riding experience of Bosch’s eMountain Bike (eMTB) mode. Bosch will also have a tent showcasing the latest models including a demo fleet from brands including Scott, Trek, Cube, Mondraker and Moustache equipped with the unparalleled Performance Line CX drive unit. Tech experts will also be on the ground to help mountain bike fans, media and experts alike learn more about the eBike riding experience. As the largest mountain biking event in the world, this partnership demonstrates Bosch’s commitment to expanding the eBike movement in New Zealand and increasing the exposure of the Bosch brand.
As the leading provider of eBike systems in the world, Bosch eBike Systems is looking forward to increasing its footprint in New Zealand, as Fouad Bennini, General Manager of Bosch eBike Systems, Asia Pacific explains:
“Like other Bosch products, the Bosch eBike System benefits from the Bosch Group’s technology and production know-how. From conception and engineering to manufacturing, marketing and after-sales service,” “Bosch eBike Systems constantly set new standards for the eBike industry. The Bosch Group’s experience in the areas of electric motors, sensor technology, displays and lithium-ion batteries ensures that Bosch eBike Systems use technology that is invented for life – to provide eBike users with the most natural and enjoyable riding experience possible. We are looking forward to continuing our success story in New Zealand and introducing our wider product portfolio in the not-too-distant future”.
