How do I use Kiox 300/Kiox 500 as a fitness motivator?

With the “Target Indicator Power and Cadence” you can continuously measure your current power and cadence against your average value. The average value is right in the middle of the semicircle, identified by a small gap. If the pointer points to the right (green) side of the semicircle, you are above your average value, if it points to the left (orange) side of the semicircle, you are below your average value. If the pointer is vertical, you are exactly at your average.
