How do I know if there is a software update available for my on-board computer?

Once Kiox has established a Bluetooth connection to the smartphone, a new version will be downloaded automatically. You will then be guided through the update process. 
To manually check if an update is available for your Kiox on-board computer, launch the eBike Connect app, go to My eBike, tap on the already linked Kiox and select Check for software update. When a new software update is available, it will automatically launch as soon as your Kiox is connected to the eBike Connect app.
