How does the calculation of the CO2 Tracker work?
The CO2 Tracker's calculations are based on the following input data:
- eBike power consumption: 7Wh/km (result of the
R200 range test) - emissions from power consumption: OECD IEA
- emissions from fuel consumption: OECD IEA
- Average consumption of passenger car categories: ADAC
In order to obtain the most accurate values possible, you have the option of storing your personal consumption data and the currently applicable fuel or electricity prices in the COBI.Bike app.
Since the feature assumes average values for power consumption and fuel consumption, the displayed values may show slight deviations from the actual CO2 emissions.
