Why can I not see an eBike issue in the eBike Flow app even when the LED in the remote control is blinking?

eBike issues which occurred after the start of the eBike and before connecting the eBike Flow app will not be shown in the eBike Flow app. In that case, please restart your eBike and connect immediately with the eBike Flow app to the eBike in order to see the issues.
