My eBike has turned off or lost connection to Flow App during installation. Is this a problem?

It is normal that your eBike will do at least one reboot during the installation and therefore it will loose connection to the Flow App. If the green LEDs on your remote control are still blinking, it means that the installation is ongoing and everything is fine.

If they stop blinking please turn on your eBike back on to complete the update.
