How do I see on Kiox 300/Kiox 500 if my smart system has lost connection to the app?

If your smartphone loses the connection to the smart system, this is immediately indicated via a message on your Kiox 300/Kiox 500. Furthermore, you will find the information on this in the status screen symbolised by an icon. Particularly during activity tracking, this information is important - only with a stable connection between the eBike and the eBike Flow app can the riding data be recorded seamlessly.

If a Bluetooth connection is established, this will be displayed in the status screen in the form of a white smartphone icon.
