Why is there no charging cable for my smartphone included with the SmartphoneGrip?

Check if your smartphone supports wireless charging. Otherwise, your smartphone can be charged via cable.
For sustainability reasons and since most newer smartphones support wireless charging, no charging cable is included.

Note: Cables (micro-USB, USB-C, or Lightning) can be purchased in specialist bike shops or online in the  Bosch eBike Shop.
