The location of my eBike is displayed incorrectly in the header of the eBike Flow app. What can I do?

If the ConnectModule installed in the eBike has no or poor GPS reception (e.g. because the eBike is located in a building), the last location sent by the ConnectModule is displayed in the eBike Flow app. This may differ from the actual current location due to the lack of or poor connection.

It is also important that the smartphone on which you have installed the eBike Flow app has a stable Internet connection. Otherwise, there may be delays between the network and the eBike Flow app or ConnectModule, which will delay the delivery of notifications about the location of your eBike to your smartphone.
