My activities are not (completely) recorded and displayed in the eBike Connect app.What do I do?

Incorrect settings in your smartphone and the eBike Connect app can mean that your activities are only partially recorded.

For full activity tracking, make sure that Store geolocation data is enabled in eBike Connect settings and the location tracking permission is set to Always allow for Android devices and Always for iOS devices.

For Android devices, you should also check if the eBike Connect app is excluded from the battery optimisation settings (smartphone settings).
