Komoot users - please take note!

We have noticed that after one of the recent komoot updates, the connection between komoot and eBike Connect accounts was disconnected for some of our users. To reconnect and synchronise your activities, please proceed as follows:

  • Open the eBike Connect app and select "More".
  • Go to "Settings", activate "Connected Apps" and follow the instructions in the app.
