How do I know if there is a software update available for my on-board computer?

Once Kiox has established a Bluetooth connection to the smartphone, a new version will be downloaded automatically. You will then be guided through the update process. 

To manually check if there is an update available for your Kiox on-board computer, start the eBike Connect app, go to “My eBike”, tap on the Kiox you’ve already connected and select “Check for software update”. If there is a new software update available, the update will start automatically as soon as your Kiox is connected to the eBike Connect app.
