Why are some komoot routes not synchronised with my Bosch eBike Connect?

This can be for two reasons:

  1. Only routes in regions where komoot is unlocked will be synchronised. To find out which regions you have unlocked in komoot, go to  More > Unlocked packs in the komoot app. If routes are missing, you can decide if you want to unlock the region individually or become a komoot Premium user. 

  2. eBike Connect supports a maximum route length of 240 km. This means that longer komoot routes cannot be synchronised. However, you can divide these into shorter route sections in komoot.
